Nh Collection Copenhagen Hotel

During our business trip to Copenhagen, we had a delightful stay at a hotel located conveniently near several attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing exceptional service throughout our visit. We particularly enjoyed the elegant and spacious room, delicious breakfast offerings, and the stunning views of the central canal from our premium water view room. Overall, a pleasant experience that we would highly recommend to fellow travelers.

The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly, we got a free room upgrade and champagne to celebrate our wedding during our stay, loved the personal touch! The breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of tea options to choose from. A small thing was that we had asked for a king bed but got twin beds and when we wanted to switch rooms, the new one was a bit of a downgrade, but overall didn't spoil our great experience! 🥂

I loved the hotel's fabulous location in Christianshavn, with great dining options nearby. The room service menu could be more suited for tired travelers. The high-quality breakfast and comfy bed were highlights. The staff were friendly, but some issues with room cleaning and lost items were disappointing. The shower drainage was slow, and construction in the gym was ongoing. Despite some minor inconveniences and the impact of the exchange rate, our visit to NH Copenhagen was very positive.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we felt welcomed and pampered by the attentive and friendly staff who assisted us with our luggage to the luxurious and spacious room. the decor was modern and stylish with exclusive amenities like an espresso machine and private facilities. the buffet breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a wide range of special diet menus catered for. the bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting, with bookshelves filled with architecture books.

Omg, staying here was like a dream 😍! the staff was so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a feast 🍳🥗. However, our room had a strange bathroom setup. Overall, a fab experience, but could use a refresh.

The rooms at NH Collection Copenhagen are just awesome. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the suites and 7th floor rooms, which let in loads of natural light. The rain showers in the private bathrooms were so refreshing after a day of exploring the city.

Personally, I found the rainfall showerheads a bit too intense for my liking.

Despite a noisy start and limited vegan breakfast options, NH Collection Copenhagen impressed me with its modern rooms, helpful staff, and delicious food. The location is convenient, close to public transportation and attractions. The former bank building has a practical ATM on its side. The spacious rooms with elegant bathrooms are well-appointed. The breakfast offers a variety of high-quality hot and cold items and even mimosas. The helpful and friendly staff provides excellent service, especially the valet, Mert.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of everything, it's close to all the tourist attractions, and just a short walk from the train station. The spacious rooms and modern bathrooms are kept clean throughout the week. The breakfast buffet is extensive and caters to different dietary needs. The staff is attentive and kind towards guests.

The room service was not up to par and the dishes did not match the descriptions on the menu.

The grand buffet breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was like a food lover's paradise. As I indulged in the vast array of delicious options, I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store, eagerly sampling every delightful treat.

My wife says that a dedicated kid's play area or entertainment room would enhance the family experience at the hotel, allowing children to have a fun space of their own. This would provide a great opportunity for kids to interact and play, giving parents a chance to unwind while knowing their children are entertained.

As early risers, we loved the convenience of being able to walk to most attractions in Copenhagen from the hotel. The modern amenities like Chromecast and high ceilings were a nice touch. The location felt less touristy, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The breakfast spread was a feast for both the eyes and our appetites.

I selected this hotel for attending a summit because it provides Events and parties can be held in the hotel's well-appointed meeting spaces. The staff was superb, and breakfast was fantastic, offering an extensive selection of cold and hot foods attractively presented.

The hotel lacked a business center with printing and copying facilities, which would have been helpful for my work needs.

Always my choice. Staff helped printing documents first stay. Perfect fit - Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, bar, fitness, flat-screen TV. Coming back for romantic escape.

Superb location and awesome tea selection. The room was kept clean throughout my stay. I was disappointed that the mini-bar was overpriced and that the in-room coffee was not replenished. Overall I had a great experience at Nh Collection.
